REST FOR EXPENSIVE FURNITURE CAVED IN. THEY CAME SEEN IT AND NEVER EVEN CALLED US FOR A FOLLOW UP TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AS FAR FIXING IT OR REPLACING IT. AND BOTH WERE WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

This is in response to my previous post. Al the store manager fixed our problem and all is good now. The problem seemed to be that the right people at the store were not involved and finally Al took over and made it right without hesitation once he got involved. The exchange from our old broken furniture to our brand new set was seamless. The delivery guys were fast, on time and friendly. Thanks for following thru and making us a happy customer now.
Ordered online & want to change the color in store. Luigi from Value City Utica confirmed that he can do that with the same price but i have to cancel my online order. Did that and guess what... they charged with new higher price!!!!
We had a nightmare experience here. We bought a floor model ottoman, they wrapped it up - we get home to find they gave us 1 black cushion and 1 brown cushion. Take it back to find out the pieces we need aren't there, so we order it to be shipped to our home. It arrives late and in black when we ordered brown. We take it back again, I told the girl at the desk no less than 5 times to make sure she orders brown cause I can see her screen ordering it in black. She got snotty with me and guess what? I check my email receipt upon shipment, and she ordered black again. Gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it, tried to tell us to wait til it arrives again and return it AGAIN. I called corporate and it was intercepted, and a brown one was sent out rush shipping for free. You shouldn't have to do all that for a tiny piece of furniture!

Great selection with wonderful sales people. Had stopped by Art Van first while shopping for mattress sets and we were disappointed with the experience. VCF had better prices and promotions, and their sales people didn't steer us toward the expensive selections right of the bat. Ron was our sales person and did a great job helping us.
Update review: approx. 15 min after i posted above review, Luigi called me, apologize & matched the price. I know he tried his best to somehow able to keep his word & provide best customer service. Hence, i changed the 1 star to 4 stars.
